What is the Raisa’s Ray of Hope Scholarship?
The Raisa’s Ray of Hope Scholarship is given every year to a deserving high-school senior student from NEA. The scholarship will be given on the basis of financial need to a committed student who plans to pursue an education in the field of Human Services. Besides providing funds for tuition expenses every year, support and guidance throughout the school years will also be offered to the student. The scholarship, given in Raisa’s memory, aims to empower others to do the work that Raisa did not have a chance to complete.
